cstm. began with a simple idea: that the things we wear and keep should carry more than a label — they should carry a hand. Every cstm starts as a conversation, becomes a sketch, and ends as an original, painted stroke by stroke, in colour mixed for that one piece alone.

There are no templates here, and nothing is ever painted twice. What you cstm is drafted for you, approved by you, and delivered to you — the only one of its kind in the world.

How a cstm Order Works

Four steps, one original.

From first message to the piece in your hands — usually two to six weeks, start to finish.

Consult

You tell us the piece, the surface, the story or reference you want captured — we shape it into a brief.

Sketch

We send a hand-drawn concept and colour study for your approval before a single stroke touches your piece.

Paint

Your piece is painted entirely by hand, in layers, over several sittings — never rushed, never templated.

Deliver

Sealed, finished, and packaged with care, your one-of-one piece is shipped straight to your door.

All prices are starting points — the final quote depends on scale, surface and detail. We take on a limited number of cstm orders at a time, so nothing is ever rushed, and no two pieces are ever the same.

A few common questions.

How long does a cstm order take? +

Most pieces take 2–6 weeks depending on tier and complexity, plus current queue. We'll confirm a timeline once your brief is approved.

Can I send my own item to be painted? +

Yes — jackets, sneakers, bags and more can be mailed to us. We'll send packing and mailing instructions after your brief is confirmed.

What surfaces do you paint on? +

Canvas, denim, leather, ceramic and select wood and fabric surfaces. If you're unsure whether your item works, ask us in your brief.

Is every piece really one-of-one? +

Yes. We don't repeat a composition once it's been sold — your design, once approved and painted, belongs only to you.

Do you ship outside India? +

We currently ship India-wide as standard, with international shipping available on request — mention your location in your brief.
